I would like to thank the residents of the Moorhead Area School District for granting me the honor and privilege of serving as a district board member for the last 18 years. My opportunity to serve on the board was very fulfilling and rewarding. I am very proud of the school district for constructing new or remodeled instructional spaces that will facilitate the instruction and curriculum for our students.
I also thank the district staff and administration for all support they have provided me during my terms. I valued their insight and perspective when developing district policy.
Congratulations to the two newly elected board members. The school district will benefit from their backgrounds and they will provide a fresh perspective. I am confident the Moorhead Area School District will continue to meet or exceed the educational expectations of our community.
