Terry DeVine was hitting below the belt when he ridiculed the small ad company H2M by comparing them to the largest ad company in North Dakota -- going so far as listing the number of employees, naming huge clients and stating how many millions of dollars of business they do.
Is that any way to encourage entrepreneurship in North Dakota?
