On behalf of the American Cancer Society of Clay County I want to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers and our community for helping to make the American Cancer Society Daffodil Days such a success. Thank you to Town & Country Flowers & Greenhouse for the use of its' facility during Daffodil Days and to SunMart, Cash Wise, and the Moorhead Center Mall. A special thanks to Hornbacher's and JW Perry and the media for their on-going support of the Clay County American Cancer Society.
Because of the generosity of our community and surrounding area we were able to deliver 190 Gifts of Hope bouquets to cancer patients. Over 23,000 daffodils were sold throughout Clay County.
The cooperation of so many people giving of their time and money will increase the awareness of the public to the local programs provided by volunteers and professionals in the fight against cancer. The outstanding support received proves that the people of this area are truly committed to the fight against cancer.
