As much as I would like to criticize The Forum for all the rude and inappropriate words I have seen them print in bold print in the last 25 years, I am not going to do that.
Instead, I would like to say thank you to Jack Cousins for 25 years of service as Clay County engineer. I would also like to thank you for all the phone calls you promptly returned, the many field visits you have made, and all of the endless complaints you have listened to. I am sure you will be hard to replace.
I hope you can forget all the negative things that come with the job and remember all the great projects you have supervised which have made Clay County a better place to live, work and farm.
