The Forum's recent article on large apartment complexes should have come with at least one caution -- the potential for poor customer service by the management.
I rent in one of Goldmark's properties at Parkwest Gardens. For months, I have repeatedly asked verbally and in writing for basic maintenance/repairs. I am still waiting.
There is more to managing an apartment than making the building big and the exterior pretty. Perhaps Goldmark's Barry Gish, who spoke in The Forum of offering amenities to people, could also offer timely repairs to his tenants as well?
