I hope the city of Fargo has enough forethought to reserve and/or purchase enough right-of-way near the intersection of Interstate 29 and 52nd Avenue South to eventually convert from a diamond interchange to a clover leaf interchange in the future. With all the commercial development, traffic planning should be for what will be needed 10 or 20 years down the road: proper use of frontage roads, limited access to 52nd Avenue.

Don't re-create the traffic mess on 13th Avenue. Don't allow piecemeal development. Design the whole area so it works together. Build the roads for maximum capacity, instead of having to come back five to 10 years later like 45th Street to expand it.
