That's part of what advertising is all about and the woman on the Rock 102 billboards does just that. Could their next billboard be of a man revealing his buttocks so they could reach an even wider audience? Hmmm ... my guess is that some people might find that objectionable and start speaking up.
If it is a fact that people are persuaded to listen to this specific station after seeing the buttocks ad, my guess is that they would be just as persuaded by an image of a tall stack of pancakes with syrup dripping down the sides or an image of a cool car flying through the sky.
When it comes to a public display, where the viewers have no choice, let's use real objects as objects (ex: pancakes) and save respect and dignity for the human figure, and the population in general.
