I'm a newcomer to "Our Town" Fargo, and the RedHawks.
I saw the final two games of the season at Newman Outdoor Field. Being I'm new and have just attended a few games this season, I must say how impressed I was. With fresh eyes and clear ears, I saw and heard so many good things. It felt really good inside just to be at the game and to watch the play and absorb the happenings. It's a crown jewel Fargo/Moorhead should be very proud of. Nothing like outdoors for baseball. And we have a great stadium to enjoy baseball to the max.
I was impressed with the way the team handles themselves: the manager, Doug; the pitching coach, Jeff; the management; the superior public address announcing; the fun giveaways; Ole the master fun man dancing like he was 12; the fans all so proper and nice and fun; the games, well played and we win a lot.
I would sum it up saying ... it's pure class in every area. We should be very proud. I know I am. Nice going, RedHawks!
