Just a comment on Timothy Vance, the level III sex offender against children (Forum, May 19.)
"I just want to be left alone," Vance said. "I don't think that's too much to ask."
Certainly your victim wanted the same thing, to be left alone, but you did not do that, did you?
"I've done the time," Vance said. "Now I want my life back."
Your 8-year-old victim will never get her life back, not the life she would have had before your crimes against her.

Sure hope your neighbors are watching you, since 98 percent of pedophiles are caught re-offending within two years of release.
