Kallie Frost, Moorhead letter: Thanks for chance to be the Fargo Star

I am writing to thank The Forum for sponsoring the Fargo Star competition. Fargo Star was such an amazing experience for not only myself but my close friends and family. I just want to take this time to thank a couple of people personally.

I am writing to thank The Forum for sponsoring the Fargo Star competition. Fargo Star was such an amazing experience for not only myself but my close friends and family. I just want to take this time to thank a couple of people personally.

First off, I'd like to thank my parents, Tom and Karen. It is a blessing to have my parents stand behind me in what I love to do and be so supportive. My sisters, Kaitlyn and Amanda have been a great help, whether it is being my "practice crowd" or just being my No. 1 "fans." I'd also like to thank my close friends for believing in me and cheering me on.

Also, thanks to John Lamb for putting up with my millions of questions and concerns and for being a wonderful editor for the Valley R&R.

Special thanks go to Vanity, Travel Travel and Gray Barn Studios for providing prizes for the winner. I am looking forward to using them. Thank you also to Marguerites Music for providing the runner-up prize. (I hope you are enjoying that microphone, Karli).

I would also like to thank the other sponsors including The Venue, Ultimate Model and Talent Agency, Moorhead Center Mall, and AKA Men's Fashions. Appreciation also goes out to the judges, Peppers, and The Forum staff.

The evening was an incredible experience that I will never forget.

As I go off to the American Idol auditions this fall, I hope to make Moorhead and Fargo proud. Thanks again for sponsoring such an awesome contest.
