Lenny Tweeden letter: Society can learn to accept gay marriage

Society was wrong when it thought that a couple of two faiths could not be a loving couple and the church said it was wrong and the world would end. The church was wrong and the world did not end. We moved on.

Society was wrong when it thought that a couple of two faiths could not be a loving couple and the church said it was wrong and the world would end. The church was wrong and the world did not end. We moved on.

Society was wrong when it thought that a couple of two races could not be a loving couple and the church said it was wrong and the world would end. The church was wrong and the world did not end. We moved on.

Society is wrong today to think that a couple of the same sex cannot be a loving couple. Some churches say it is wrong, but not all churches. Some churches are wrong and the world will not end.

I know because I've been in a loving gay relationship for the past 19 years and the world has not ended. We can move on again.

Vote no on the gay marriage ban.
