In the July 16th edition of the Fargo Forum, I read with interest your article explaining no sort recycling . The per ton rates from Minnkota Recycling for Moorhead and Fargo were published. The rates for West Fargo are not available from the city or from waste management.

As a taxpayer and concerned citizen of West Fargo, I am curious as to why this is a secret. I would appreciate your reporter "sort out" the rates for West Fargo.
