It's hard for institutions to change. Even in baseball, where wins and losses are clear evidence of results, it was 15 years after the book "Moneyball" and the success of Billy Beane's Okland A's that the Twins finally hired a management team that paid attention to cybermetrics to evaluate players.
In health care, change can be even slower. You can't fire doctors in the same way you fire general managers of sports teams. Besides, doctors who buck the status quo get vilified.
Main stream medicine still won't fully embrace chiropractic or naturopathic care. It took forever to say eggs really aren't bad for you. And they especially have a tough time accepting the idea that 70 vaccinations by age 18 might be a little much.

A 2018 study published in the Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology reports that brain tissue from deceased individuals with a diagnosis of autism had some of the highest values for aluminum in human brain tissue yet recorded.
In a press release regarding the study, the Weston A. Price Foundation says "... in general less than 1 percent of dietary aluminum is absorbed. A highly probable source of aluminum in the brains of autistic children is vaccines. A fully vaccinated child receives almost 5,000 mcg aluminum by 18 months of age. The amount of aluminum in the eight doses given at the two-month baby check-up is 1,225 mcg. By contrast, the maximum allowable aluminum per day for intravenous feeding in children is 25 mcg."
Anybody who suggests that the problems in children today might be a consequence of too many vaccines is asking for ridicule. Meanwhile, the Fargo School District proposes building a separate school for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. When I was a kid, we had maybe a half dozen vaccines. We all got measles, mumps and chickenpox, and it was no big deal. And misbehavior was just mischief, not the stuff of classroom disrupting disorders.
We're into a second generation of over-vaccinated kids, and the consequence will be long lasting and very expensive as society cares for people who can't care for themselves. Everywhere you go you see folks who just aren't right. Neurotoxins will do that. It's not surprising.
