The letter to the editor published to Inforum Feb. 8 by Milo Buchholz is either the funniest thing I've read in years or the dumbest thing The Forum has published in years, which is near impossible to even fathom.
Buchholz contends that rockets are responsible for the earth's climate changes and all negative effects we experience today. I won't even begin to explain why this is so preposterous, it's too stupid and uninformed to warrant the effort.
However, if any truth did exist to this postulate then I surely do wish I was born before Oct. 14, 1947. Aside from remnant effects of a few rare meteors entering our atmosphere, we must have had some amazing and predictable weather patterns across the globe.
