Soon-to-be-former President Trump and his Republican enablers want us to believe that the presidential election was rigged and that there was rampant voter fraud. Basically, any vote for President-elect Joe Biden is illegal, and if all those votes are thrown out then Trump wins by a landslide.

This entire charade is just Trump's latest con game, and the goal is to "own the libs" and entertain his supporters. Trigger a reaction from liberals - anger them, scare them, whatever - and keep his MAGA crowd riled up. In fact this is what his entire presidency has been about. As long as he can be driving the opposition crazy and remain at the center of attention, he has achieved his goal.

Nevertheless, here is what is going to happen. The states are going to certify the election results, Biden is going to be awarded the necessary electoral votes to become president, and Trump's term is going to expire on Jan. 20, 2021.

Trump does not have to concede, nor does he have to willingly leave the White House. Once his term expires, he will no longer be president, and incoming President Biden will then have the power to evict this sore loser.

Trump will continue to play con games, but after January 20, he will be doing it as a private citizen.
