After reading the article in one of the local news outlets and the interview with the suspect who traumatized individual business employees with robbery, my thoughts were that I could give a flat damn about how sorry he is now.
It sounds like the guy who comes out of the storm cellar after a tornado passes and says, "Sure am glad the wind stopped blowing."
To the news outlet: Shame on you for your attempts to prep the soil and plant a seed that manipulates and strokes the minds of our cities' residents into thinking that this criminal is some poor apologetic victim.
This type of reporting contributes to criminal activity by putting the perpetrator in the spotlight.
