Letter to delivery people: Ring the bell. USPS, UPS, Amazon deliverers, and all other deliverers: Is it too much to ask that you ring the bell when you deliver a package? I understand you’re under pressure to save time and I understand leaving packages on the porch instead of waiting for someone to answer the door, but it only takes one second to ring the bell when you deliver a package. I also know that a lot of people aren’t home when their packages are delivered. But for those of us who are, please ring the bell so we can bring our package in before it gets rained on or stolen by porch pirates.
