How dare you -- This was Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s response to being demeaned by a law school professor. This is my response to our senators who support the hypocrisy of confirming a Supreme Court Judge 40 days before the election.
“It is too close to an election, the people should decide,” the Republicans, including John Hoeven, said in 2016; now they break their rule before Justice Ginsberg is even in the ground.
The Republicans used to be the party for a strong policy against foreign threats.
The Republican party of Reagan and George W. Bush talked about America being the city on the hill, told Gorbachev to” tear down that wall “and led a real multinational effort in the Kuwait War.
Now, the pitiful federal response to COVID, insulting comments about Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics, Chinese, immigrants, duly-elected Democratic officials, veterans, Gold Star families and their fallen loved ones, interference with trusted scientific, medical and legal federal agencies, and finally, utter disrespect for rules and laws promote disunity and cause chaos.

Chaos benefits our global opponents now. It makes healing in this country impossible now. Chaos threatens our election and Supreme Court now.
Most North Dakotans respect the law and live by unspoken rules that bind us together in a brutal climate and often volatile economy.
Sens. Hoeven and Cramer: How dare you claim to represent law abiding, tax paying citizens and honor your oath of office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”?
