When I saw The Forum headline " Fargo approves downtown parking garage as part of NP Avenue project ," my first thought was what an opportunity this is for the city of Fargo to include public restrooms in the downtown area.
For reference, other cities I have been to recently that have public restrooms in the downtown area include Lindsborg, Kansas and Holland, Michigan.
