October was a deadly month. North Dakota per capita had the most deaths from COVID-19 in the nation. Tragically, we lost 260 fellow North Dakotans, almost half of the 531 total North Dakota COVID deaths.
Nov. 1, North Dakota broke another record for the most new daily cases of 137 per 100,000.
The US average is 24.2 per 100,000, according to www.covidactnow.org
Minnesota has a mask mandate, and 7.4 times our population.

Minnesota issued a mask mandate July 25th, please call Gov. Burgum and ask him to issue an emergency mask in public mandate.
