Faith Shields-Dixon is on the board that will help determine who gets promoted to the rank of captain within the Fargo Police Department. Yes, that's right, one of the most anti-police people to ever hit the Fargo-Moorhead area is now partially responsible for determining who gets promoted to a high-ranking position in the Fargo Police Department. You might be asking yourself how this could possibly happen. The answer is, she was put in that position by Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski.

  • City: Fargo police chief initially denied releasing selection committee members, info released after legal challenge A spokesman at city hall said Chief David Zibolski claimed releasing the information would create undue influence. However, that is not a legal reason under North Dakota law.

For those of you who aren't aware, Shields-Dixon staged an anti-police video attempting to make the Moorhead Police Department appear racist by purposely getting stopped for speeding in Moorhead and then putting on quite a performance for the cameras by supposedly being in fear of losing her life because a trainee on the Moorhead Police Department followed proper procedures and was ably assisted by his field training officer in handling what Shields-Dixon tried desperately to turn into a potentially deadly situation.
More recently, her antics include disrupting and attempting to shut down a meeting in Moorhead, the purpose of which was to inform people on critical race theory.

Shields-Dixon was sent to Fargo by Black Lives Matter, a Marxist organization whose stated goal is to overturn the government of the United States. She and Black Lives Matter will take a step in that direction if she is allowed to influence who gets to help run the Fargo Police Department.

Chief Zibolski has made a terrible decision by placing Shields-Dixon on the board that helps determine promotions.
