This letter is in response to Steve Strege's (definitely true) letter about the impressive young man and his plan to graduate debt free by working a part-time job and living modestly. Tuition at North Dakota State University, including fees, runs between roughly $9,500 and $17,000 depending on major. Room and board will cost another $9,000, estimated books about $1,000, with miscellaneous other costs generally estimated to be about $3,500.
