My job requires me to do both customer service and cashiering. I have had more people over the age of about 70 who are either rude or crabby. I'm not exactly sure what is going on with these people, because my grandparents lived to be well into their 90s and they were the nicest people ever.
Whatever happened to treating people the way you want to be treated?
So if you're having a bad day or are just plain crabby all the time, please just stay home or don't come through my checkout line.
