Artists often hide behind the "right of expression." At a time when the entire world is on edge, "art" such as the Fargo bomb scare ought to be recognized as reckless behavior and dealt with speedily and positively. It seems to me, the clang of a jail cell door would be far too lenient.
This artist ought to reimburse the city for its expenses, the businesses for lost revenue, and punitive damages ought to be compensated. This so-called artist needs to be shamed rather than glamorized - and then the clang of the jail cell door.
