I would challenge everyone - including those who hate Michael Moore and love President Bush - to attend the movie "Sicko" - and to do so with an open mind.
I listen to Fox News and WDAY's Scott Hennen at least once a week, although I go through great agony and pain in doing so. But I believe that it is important that my views be challenged. Many of you need to be challenged by the film "Sicko" and KFGO's Ed Schultz, even though you might go through similar agony and pain.
Then we can have more intelligent dialogue at the coffee shop, in the gym and at church. Complete polarization accomplishes no good purpose, and it certainly does nothing to move us out of the mess our country and the world is in at this time.
I just don't believe, for instance, that any of us is happy that so many people are: dying in Iraq (two of my children served in the Air Force), living without health care, working at jobs not paying a living wage and providing for retirement, and not receiving an adequate education (not to even consider post-high education for all of our children).
