I recently discovered the meaning of what makes a friendly city.

While at the main post office trying to get a package traced, I left for the MAT station so I could go to the mall. Sitting down to wait, the phone rang and the lady put the phone through the opening and called my name, which of course puzzled me. "Who would be calling me there?" It was the woman at the post office who explained I left my wallet. I told her I had only a little time to get there and back, but would try to get there.

As I reached the street by the post office, here came this wonderful woman and had my wallet in her outreached hand, with a rubber band around it. She had come outside as she knew I would be in a hurry and I could not believe anyone would do something so honest and kind. Only in Fargo.

People, appreciate this city, it is truly remarkable, like none I've ever been in. Thank you to the young woman, whoever you are, and God bless.
