I would like to express my sorrow at the absence of the column by The Forum's Terry DeVine. It has been a very long time since he last wrote and now I understand he is quite ill.
This is a man with a heart and I always read his columns. He wrote about the city, its people and I laughed or cried or just agreed. It usually made my day.
I hope he sees this, and to his family may I say how sorry I am for the burden you bear, the hurt. He is a person to remember; much of what he wrote I saved to chew over.
