I wish to thank all those hands that helped in the kitchen, who chopped vegetables, cooked soup and cleaned up. Those feet that went shopping searching each aisle for needed ingredients, arms that carried groceries back to the church and the eyes that looked around to see what needed to be done and did it.
Thanks to the eyes that searched shelves, either at home or at the store, to find just the right bowl to donate. Hands that typed, made signs and sent e-mails, feet that found their way to the church on Nov. 1, and the hands that dug into pockets to offer money and in-kind donations.
Thanks to the hearts who went with all the above and hearts that wished the project well.
