Why Leafy Spurge for Mandan (Forum, Aug. 27)? We aren't allowed to try and better our city now? Where is it written that all the state agencies have to be located in Bismarck? Location is not that important for the bank, most of its business is independent of where their building is located.
Maybe we won't be successful in this particular instance, but possibly eyes will be opened by this effort and the next agency that needs new space will consider the five minute drive across the beautiful Missouri River for their location.
