Again, Sen. Tim Mathern, D-Fargo, just can't seem to get it right.
Gov. John Hoeven increased funding for SCHIP in his budget, and he supported state legislation for higher eligibility limits. He also supported federal legislation to expand SCHIP, and he joined with governors around the nation in a bipartisan effort to move the effort forward.
Hoeven has been clear in his leadership on this issue. Mathern's efforts to misrepresent the record are just more partisan politics from a partisan politician.
