Kudos to Mike McFeely on the comments of the city, Fargodome, North Dakota State University ruling on tailgating, (column, Sept. 27). My wife and I attended the Bison/Sioux game last year, and I later wrote about the pathetic way NDSU has played down the fan participation. Wait till the Division 1 fans show up, or worse yet, when the Bison and their head entourage visit at the D1 fields; they will be squashed like a bug.
Oh yeah, and keep that graceful Gold Star Marching Band playing the oompah-pah music. That really fits with the rest of the "now here's what you can and can't do" theme.
