Let's keep a positive attitude and our young people in North Dakota. North Dakota businesses have had plenty of opportunities to develop programs to keep and attract our young people. It hasn't happened. They have no plan.
The Youth Initiative (Measure 3) is a plan. A concrete-in-your- hand incentive. Let's not give up this chance to vote for a plan A because there is no plan B.
