We would like to thank Troy Miller, manager of Krispy Kreme, and Steve Carbno of the Salvation Army for helping to make the FirstChoice Clinic's Oct. 2 Walkathon at Lindenwood Park a success. Krispy Kreme generously donated doughnuts and coffee, and Steve Carbno of the Salvation Army brought their canteen truck to serve hot drinks and doughnuts to our walkers. Carbno is just back from helping the victims of the hurricanes in Florida and still found time to bring the Salvation Army truck and help at our walk.
We thank manager Troy Miller and Krispy Kreme employees who are always polite and great to work with. Thanks, Krispy Kreme and the Salvation Army, for your generosity to our community.
