Chelsey Opp and Blake Lukach, Fargo, announce their engagement.
Parents are Gary and Joan Opp, Fargo; and Dan and Angie Lukach, Jamestown, N.D.
Chelsey graduated in 2007 from Fargo South High School, and in 2011 she graduated from The Salon Professional Academy, Fargo, with a cosmetology certificate. She is a cosmetologist at Cloud 9 Salon and Day Spa, West Fargo.
Blake graduated in 2007 from Jamestown High School, and in 2012 he graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, with an associate degree in construction management. He is an assistant estimator/
field engineer at Opp Construction, Fargo. He has also served with the Army National Guard since 2009.

A Sept. 1 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran Church South Campus, followed by a reception at the Ramada Plaza and Suites, both in Fargo.
