GARDAR, N.D. — A man was charged with driving under the influence after overturning his off-highway vehicle around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, July 5, in Gardar.
The case is the first to be prosecuted by the state's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, created by the state Legislature in 2019 to investigate fraud in facilities that receive Medicaid funding.
