Shannon Pletcher and Adam Morey, Barnesville, Minn., announce their engagement.
Parents are Jamie and Ruth Rice, Barnesville; Ross and Nancy Wilson, Glyndon, Minn.; and Ron and Sue Morey, Rothsay, Minn.
Shannon graduated in 2006 from Barnesville High School and in 2012 graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Fergus Falls, with an associate degree in nursing. She is a licensed practical nurse at Lake Region Healthcare, Fergus Falls.
Adam graduated in 2004 from Barnesville High School. He is a foreman at Colonial Garage Door, Wahpeton, N.D.
A Sept. 1 wedding and reception is planned at the Holiday Inn, Detroit Lakes, Minn.
