Sarah Redfield and Ryan Thomas, Fergus Falls, Minn., announce their engagement.
Parents are Steve and Barb Redfield, Fargo; Rich and Patty Holzer, Ely, Minn.; and Rod Thomas, Largo, Fla.
Sarah graduated in 2007 from Fargo South High School, and in 2013 she graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Fergus Falls, with an associate degree in biology. She is interning at The Outdoor Campus, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Ryan graduated in 2007 from Fargo South High School, and in 2013 he graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science with an associate's degree in auto body technology. He is employed by Hanover Hydrographics, Barnesville, Minn.
A Sept. 7 wedding is planned at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Moorhead, followed by a reception at the Country Inn and Suites, Fargo.
