Ruth Ann Roth, 2313 6th St. S., Fargo, will celebrate her 99th birthday with her family and friends.
She was born April 30, 1913, in Carlisle, Iowa, to George and Jessie Parker. She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, and was married to Walter W. Roth.
She has a daughter, Paula Roth Larsen, Fargo; and one grandchild.
