Tanya Rysavy, Milnor, N.D., and Trevar Schweitzer, Minot, N.D., announce their engagement.
Parents are Tammy Bernhardt and Craig Rysavy, both of Milnor; and Carolyn and Jerry Schweitzer, Minot.
Tanya graduated in 2008 from Milnor High School and in 2012 she graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College Moorhead and Detroit Lakes with an associate's degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks.
Trevar graduated in 2007 from Velva (N.D.) High School and in 2008 he graduated from Wyotech, Laramie, Wyo., with an associate's degree in advanced diesel technology. He is a diesel technician at RDO Truck Center, Grand Forks.
An Aug. 24 wedding and reception are planned at Turtle River State Park, Arvilla, N.D.
