A Title IX lawyer who has worked several cases at the University of North Dakota believes more people at the school had knowledge of the investigations than the university is admitting.

UND’s portion of the funding total comes in at $382,717, while NDSU received $431,850.
Dr. Fiona Axelsson alleged continued sexual harassment by her supervisor in a medical residency program, and accuses UND and Sanford of discriminating and retaliating against her after she filed harassment complaints. Sanford said it will "vigorously" defend itself.
