Letter: How bad does it have to get?

I could not help but notice the difference in COVID-19 mitigation strategy after SB 1278 went into effect. When the board members could be found personally liable for poor COVID-19 decisions, there was a mask mandate. Once SB 1278 raised the evidentiary bar for liability to all but impossible, the mask mandate was ended and not restarted. Probably just a coincidence…
