Coach's comments: "We are looking to build on a great season last year and our highest team placing at the section championships in quite awhile. We have several key returners that placed top eight last year and are looking to improve. Excited for the entire team to continue growing and working hard."

Fargo Davies

Coach: Jennifer Johnson (seventh season)

Last season: fifth at Eastern Dakota Conference meet, 10th at state meet

Coach's comments: "We have a solid program, but are looking to see growth from our guys and continued improvement, so that they are more competitive as a team. There are also a lot of younger guys on our program, who we will be looking at to see them step up and compete in events where we have fewer athletes."

Fargo North

Coach: Richard Fisher (28th season)

Last season: 9-0, first at Eastern Dakota Conference meet, third at state meet

Coach's comments: "We graduated a lot of points from last year's team. We are looking forward to having new people move into new spots and compete. We have a lot to learn, but we seem to be a quality group that is willing to put in the necessary good work."

Fargo South

Coach: Pat Anderson (ninth season)

Coach's comments: "We are excited for the boys season to be underway. Looking forward to the journey with our team and coaching staff. The past two seasons we have lost some great guys that have graduated and there are some big shoes to fill. That is the fun part of the journey, to see who will step up and fill those shoes. We have a great group of divers that will be solid in competition and a handful of swimmers that are versatile and can move around where they are needed."

West Fargo

Coach: Barb Fisher and Lisa Montplaisir (first season)

Coach's comments: "We've been impressed with what our boys have been doing thus far this season," Montplaisir said. "We're really working hard and improving in the drills and techniques we've been asking them to do."

West Fargo Sheyenne

Coach: Erich Richardson (fourth season)

Coach's comments: "I think we have a really good chance of performing at the top of both the east side of the state and the state as a whole. We have 11 seniors this year, which is fantastic. Almost, if not all of them, are point scorers and high performers in almost every meet."
