EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. - David Ernst hit for the cycle in the first baseball game of two for the Fargo Metro Expos on Friday at the East Grand Forks Classic.
Ernst's performance in Game 1 included going 5-for-5 with a grand slam and five RBIs as the Expos defeated Thief River Falls 16-8.
In the second game, Ernst and Eric Soberg each had two hits for Fargo in a 4-3 win against East Grand Forks.
