CROOKSTON, Minn. -- The Moorhead Blues stayed alive in the District 9 American Legion tournament with a 9-1 win over Roseau Friday.

Ryan Williams struck out 10 in a complete game victory. Brandon Hayes, Ryan Krause, Chad Dahl, Adam Rogalla and Jason Pieterick all had two hits for the Blues.

Moorhead faces Detroit Lakes at 1 p.m. today.

D-G-F prevails

WARROAD, Minn. -- Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton scored seven runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to rally and defeat Greenbush in the Division II, District 9 American Legion baseball tournament Friday.

Jeremiah Enger had three hits, including a pair of doubles, for D-G-F. Luke Myklebust was 2-for-4 with three RBI and Mike Hanson earned the win.

D-G-F faces Breckenridge today.
