FARGO - Four different players scored goals as Fargo North defeated Grand Forks Central 4-2 in the first round of the North Dakota East Region boys hockey tournament Tuesday at the John E. Carlson Coliseum.
Nick Schmidt made 28 saves for the Spartans, who face Grafton Park-River in the East Region semifinals on Friday at Purpur Arena in Grand Forks.
