DILWORTH, Minn. — Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton picked up an 8-1 win over Ada-Borup in Minnesota high school baseball Monday night.
The Rebels cracked three runs in the first two innings to take an early lead. After Ada-Borup got on the board in the fourth, D-G-F responded, plating four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to pull away.
Pitcher Austin Anderson allowed just one run off seven hits, while striking out nine batters for the Rebels. Kaden Altobelli's three-run double in the fourth inning proved to be the difference maker.
Ada Borup dropped to 5-3 on the year, while D-G-F improved to 2-3 overall.
