WEST FARGO — Lance Oster's run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth inning gave the West Fargo Patriots a 12-2 win over Williston in Game 2 of a doubleheader on Monday.

The Patriots took the opener 10-0 in five innings.

In Game 1, Brayden Jacobson fired a one-hitter and the Patriots delivered the knockout punch with seven runs in the bottom of the fifth.

Jacobson walked just one and struck out five. Quade Peters homered and doubled and drove in three runs, Alex Urlaub doubled and had two RBI and Brennan Haman, Anthony Villanueva and Evan Berg all had two hits.

In Game 2, Peters, Jacobson, Oster and Casey Clemenson all had three hits, with Oster driving in three runs, Jacobson and Clemenson two and Peters one.
