MANDAN, N.D. — The No. 7 seed Fargo Post 400 Stars tallied a 10-5 victory over No. 2 seed Fargo Post 2 on Tuesday during the North Dakota Class 2A American Legion state baseball tournament at Veterans Memorial Ballpark.

Post 400 stormed back after trailing early. Post 2 led 3-0 after two innings before Post 400 put up two runs in the third inning, five runs in the sixth and three in the seventh.

Easton Rerick and Caden Graf each went 2-for-3 with three RBIs for Post 400. Kobe Senn tallied three hits, an RBI and two runs scored. Colten Alme recorded two hits, an RBI and a run, and Tate Gustafson had two hits and a run.

Dylan Erholtz finished 2-for-3 with an RBI for Post 2. Danny Boutain, Connor Holm and Adam Leininger each drove home one run. Caden Headlee had two hits, including a triple, and scored two runs.

Post 400 advanced to play No. 3 seed Minot at 4 p.m. Wednesday, while Post 2 will face No. 6 seed Dickinson at 10 a.m. Wednesday in an elimination game.
