MACOMB, Ill. — Western Illinois dropped 48 points in the first half on its way to a 91-74 Summit League women's basketball win over the University of North Dakota on Saturday at Western Hall.

Lilly Keplin led a balanced UND attack with 14 points, knocking down four 3-pointers. Jaclyn Jarnot and Julia Fleecs each followed with 13 points. Jarnot came down with 13 rebounds and Fleecs grabbed six. Kacie Borowicz chipped in 12 points. The Fighting Hawks (14-11, 5-7 Summit) shot 10-for-24 from beyond the arc.

Danni Nichols scored 19 points to lead Western Illinois (14-12, 8-5). Olivia Kaufmann and Grace Gilmore each scored 17 points. Western Illinois knocked down 28 of 36 free-throw attempts, while UND hit 10 of 14.
