North Dakota State returns to the field Saturday afternoon as the Bison open Missouri Valley Football Conference play against South Dakota.

The Bison enter off its first FBS loss since 2009, a 31-28 defeat to Arizona. NDSU will match up with the Coyotes, who enter with a 1-2 record, they defeated Cal Poly in its home opener, 38-21.

Kolpack and Izzo discuss the impact that the late Darrell Mudra had on the Bison football program.

They also dissect the largely absent NDSU downfield passing game, which has yet to show itself thru the first three games of the season.
